Ingredient

  • 500 gr prawns
  • 5 cloves of finely chopped red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 2 egg whites
  • Pepper, salt, mushroom seasoning to taste
  • 3 tbsp munjung sago flour
  • Oil for frying

The method

  • 1. Clean the chopped shrimp, don't need to be fine.
  • 2.In a container, enter the shrimp, onion, garlic, pepper, mushroom seasoning, salt, scallions, egg whites, mix well. Enter the sago flour, stir until smooth.
  • 3. heat the oil, take a spoonful of the dough, fry it until golden brown. Do it until the dough runs out.
