Ingredients

  • – 100 gr fettuccine pasta, boiled until aldente. Drain
  • – 2 sausages, sliced ​​oblique
  • – 2 lbs cabbage, sliced
  • – spring onions, sliced
  • - toasted sesame for sprinkling to taste
  • – enough melted cheese / mozzarella
  • - enough water

Sauce

  • – 3 tbsp munjung Gochujang
  • – 2 tbsp Gochugaru (to taste)
  • – 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • – 1 tbsp honey
  • – 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • – 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • - sugar to taste

How to make

  • - Boil water until hot (about 300 ml, adjust to the desired thickness) add boiled penne, sausage and sauce ingredients. Cook until the gravy thickens and absorbs.
  • – Add cabbage and scallions. Stir well. Taste correction. Give the grated cheese, cover the pan briefly until the cheese melts, sprinkle with sesame. Turn off the fire, serve
