Red Bean Soup

Ingredient

  • 500 gr beef ribs, cut into 2
  • 250 gr red beans
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 spring onion, cut into 2
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • Salt, and mushroom broth to taste
  • Enough water

How to make

  • 1. Bring the water to a boil, add the beef ribs, boil for 5 minutes, remove the beef ribs and discard the water.
  • 2. Cook the beef ribs again with the new water until the beef ribs are half cooked. Then add the red beans, cook until the beans are half cooked. Add pepper and nutmeg
  • 3. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • 4. Put the sauteed onions into the beef rib stew, add salt and powdered stock. Cook until the beans are soft. Take 1 tablespoon of red bean, then mash until smooth. Add back into the soup, mix well. Add the onions and celery. Turn off the fire.
