Seafood Stir Fry
Ingredients Seafood Stir Fry
- 600 gr mixed seafood (squid, shrimp, clams, baby octopus)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp bottled chili
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Sliced onions as needed
How to Make Seafood Stir Fry
- 1. In a bowl, mix all kinds of sauces and soy sauce. Stir well. Set aside.
- 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add mixed seafood. Stir well until it changes color. Add water and sauce mixture. Cook until sauce thickens (5-7 minutes). Taste correction, mix well. Turn off the fire.
- 3. Arrange the seafood stir fry on a serving plate. Sprinkle sliced onions. Serve while hot as a side dish for rice.
