600 gr mixed seafood (squid, shrimp, clams, baby octopus)
3 tbsp cooking oil
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp bottled chili
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Sliced onions as needed
How to Make Seafood Stir Fry
1. In a bowl, mix all kinds of sauces and soy sauce. Stir well. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add mixed seafood. Stir well until it changes color. Add water and sauce mixture. Cook until sauce thickens (5-7 minutes). Taste correction, mix well. Turn off the fire.
3. Arrange the seafood stir fry on a serving plate. Sprinkle sliced onions. Serve while hot as a side dish for rice.
