  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp bottled chili
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced ​​onions as needed

How to Make Seafood Stir Fry

  • 1. In a bowl, mix all kinds of sauces and soy sauce. Stir well. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add mixed seafood. Stir well until it changes color. Add water and sauce mixture. Cook until sauce thickens (5-7 minutes). Taste correction, mix well. Turn off the fire.
  • 3. Arrange the seafood stir fry on a serving plate. Sprinkle sliced ​​onions. Serve while hot as a side dish for rice.
