Ingredient

  • 100 grams of cempokak, remove the stalks, split into two
  • 100 grams of anchovies
  • To taste salt, sugar and flavoring
  • Enough cooking oil
  • Ground spices:
  • 10 green chilies
  • 6 pieces of green chili
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 green tomatoes (medium size)

steps

  • 1.Fry the cempokak for a while, then remove and drain. Followed by frying the anchovies until browned, remove and drain.
  • 2. Saute the spices until fragrant, season with salt, sugar, and flavoring, cook for a while.
  • 5. Enter the anchovies and cempokak that have been fried earlier, then stir until everything is mixed with the spices. Turn off the heat, serve.
