Ingredients

  • 2 pcs chayote, cut lengthwise
  • A pinch of rebon
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pcs mixed cayenne pepper

The method

  • 1. Wash the pumpkin pieces and drain
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the rebon, cook until slightly cooked, then add the pumpkin pieces, mix well.
  • 3. Add salt, mushroom broth, enough water to mix well. Cook until done, taste correction
  • 4. Lift and serve while warm
