Seafood With Padang Sauce

Ingredient

  • 150gr Squid
  • 150gr Shrimp
  • 1 piece of sweet corn
  • 1/2 bomb
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • A little bit of salt
  • 1 tsp full Weipa Seafood @weipa.id
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tbsp Margarine for frying

Ground spices

  • 5 red onions
  • 3 garlics
  • A piece of Ginger
  • 5 red chilies
  • 5 red curly chilies

How to Cook

  • 1. Boil the squid until it blooms, remove and drain
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant
  • 3. Enter the various sauces stir well. Add corn, give the squid cooking water.
  • 4. Add 1 full tsp of Weipa Seafood, salt and sugar, mix well
  • 5. After the corn is cooked, add the prawns, squid, onions and scallions, mix well.
  • 6. Cook until fully absorbed.
  • 7. Ready to Enjoy
