Ingredient

  • 15 Sheets of Spring Rolls

Stir-fry Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, small size, chopped small
  • 2 large red chilies, seeds removed, chopped
  • 10 pieces of sumedang tofu, mashed
  • 150 gr clean peeled prawns, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Mixed Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • How to make :
  • 1. Sauté: saute garlic, onion and red chilies until fragrant. Add shrimp and tofu. Stir until cooked.
  • 2. Add salt, sugar and powdered broth. Mix well and adjust seasoning.
  • 3. Beat the eggs. Add onions and stir fry. Stir well.
  • 4. Take a sheet of spring roll skin. Fill and fold.
  • 5. Fry in preheated oil in a flat pan, until golden brown. Lift, drain. Serve.
