Do Egg Noodles Contain Eggs?

Ingredients

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients, knead briefly as long as it's smooth. Divide 8 parts. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Thin with a noodle mill, each part from thickness 7 to the thinnest thickness (you can also use a rolling pin manually).
  • 3. Cut with a noodle cutter or manually with a knife. Sprinkle a little flour so that it doesn't stick together (can be stored directly in the freezer with a sprinkling of tapioca if you want to keep it raw)
  • 4. Boil each part or all at once with boiling water with a little cooking oil until cooked, don't overdo it.
  • 5. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a bowl, add the boiled noodles, mix well. Let stand until cold, store in plastic, store in the freezer.
  • 6. When it is going to be used, take the noodles, let it come to room temperature, bring the water to a boil, put the noodles in boiling water, stir briefly, drain, ready to use.

Note

  • The noodle dough shouldn't be too soft, it's better if it's a little hard so it's chewy and won't stick together when you cut or store it.
  • The noodles can be re-boiled when you use them if you feel that they have been soaked for a while, the noodles are still undercooked.
