Materials

  • 250 gr Siamese Pumpkin, cut into matchsticks
  • 50 gr Petai, cut into 2
  • 50 gr @fibercreme
  • 30 gr large red chili, thinly sliced
  • 10 gr Galangal in geprek
  • 2 Sheets of Salam Leaves
  • 600 ml Water
  • 4 tbsp Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of granulated sugar

Ground spices

  • 30 g Shallots
  • 10 gr Garlic
  • 35 gr big red chili
  • 10 grams of curly red chili
  • 5 g of Terasi

How to make

  • 1. Roast briefly, all ingredients to make a smooth seasoning. then blend until smooth
  • 2. Saute ground spices, add galangal and bay leaf. Saute the spices until fragrant and cooked.
  • 3. Add Chayote, Fiber creme, Red Chili, Petai and pour water, stir until blended.
  • 4. Enter the salt and sugar, stir well, cook until the pumpkin is cooked, correct the taste, remove and serve.
