Ingredients

  • •500g chicken

  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • •300ml coconut milk
  • •200ml water
  • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • 1½tsp granulated sugar
  • ¼tsp salt
  • a little cooking oil

How to make

  • 1. Slice the onion, garlic, chilli and tomato
  • 2. Wash the fried chicken with a little oil until the color changes. About 3 minutes
