Soup Konro What Meat Use?

What does Konro mean?
The word 'konro' in Bugis language means 'cow'. even so, it is said that in the past the main ingredient of konro soup was buffalo meat. In Sulawesi itself, buffalo is considered an important animal and consumption of buffalo meat is reserved for important events.
Ingredient
- 500 beef/beef ribs, cut into 2
- 1/4 roasted coconut, mashed with a little cooking oil (ambu-ambu)

How to make
