Spicy Chicken Oseng

Ingredient

  • 2 chicken thigh fillets, cut into 2
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Mushroom broth
  • Salt (I didn't use)
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced

Coarse Crushed Seasoning

  • 10 red chilies
  • 5 bawput
  • 1 block of terrace

Method

  • 1. Season the chicken with soy sauce and pepper. Leave 1 hour. Fry the chicken until cooked
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add mushroom broth, and salt.
  • 3. Add chicken, mix well.
  • 4. Before being removed, add the spring onions
  • 5. Serve with warm rice
