Ingredients

  • 2 pindang fish
  • 1 plantain
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • To taste sugar, salt, chicken royco

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 red chilies
  • 10 pieces of cayenne

How to make

  • 1. Wash the pindang fish and fry it. After cooked, shred the fish, remove the bones, set aside
  • 2. Sauté ground spices with lime leaves, bay leaf and lemongrass until fragrant, enter the banana and shredded fish meat.
  • 3. Add enough clean water, salt, sugar, and chicken royco, stir to taste test, cook until the spices are absorbed and the water shrinks, serve
