How to Make Squid Black Pepper Sauce
1. Clean the squid, then cut into 2
2. Marinate with lemon then wash again, drain
3. Saute the garlic and part of the onion until wilted and cooked
4. Enter the squid, and stir until well blended
5. Add spices such as salt, mushroom broth, sugar, black pepper sauce from saori black pepper sauce, mania soy sauce and black pepper powder
6. Cook until the squid is half cooked, then add the remaining sliced onions and large chilies, stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked (no need to add water, because there is a lot of water from the squid)
7. Don't cook it too long, correct the taste then take it out immediately
