Fried Dory Ingredients

  • Dori Fillet 380 grams
  • Right amount of oil

Sweet and Sour Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

  • Cucumber 1/2 pieces cut into matchsticks
  • Pineapple 1 slice cut
  • Peppers 1/2 pieces cut into matchsticks
  • Onion 1 stalk, sliced
  • 1 big red chili
  • Ginger 1/2 chopped
  • Garlic 2 cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cooking oil
  • Water 200 ml

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • English soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Step

  • 1. Soak the Dori in the spices.
  • 2. Meanwhile . Cut all the spices and vegetables
  • 3. Prepare the dry coating material, mix well, then prepare the wet coating material
  • 4. Pour the mixed fish fillet into the wet mixture. Roll into dry dough. Fry until crisp, then arrange a serving plate
  • 5. In a bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
  • 6. Melt the butter and cooking oil, saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant, add the vegetables and pineapple, stir fry for a while
  • 7. Add the sauce ingredients and water, wait until it boils.
