Ingredients for tofu chicken curry

  • 500 gr chicken, cut, clean
  • 6 pieces of yellow tofu
  • 65 ml instant coconut milk
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • 1 tsp tamarind water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 sheet of turmeric leaf, conclude
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed

Softened seasoning

  • 7 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 red chilies
  • 1 tbsp coriander, roasted
  • 2 pecans, roasted
  • 2 segments of turmeric, roasted
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 segments of galangal
  • 1 tsp cumin

How to make tofu chicken curry

  • 1. Saute the spices until fragrant, add the bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, turmeric leaves.
  • Then add water, coconut milk, chicken and tofu, mix well.
  • 2. Add salt, powdered stock, sugar, and tamarind water, mix well, and cook until the chicken is tender and the gravy is slightly thickened.
