  • 1. Fry the tofu until it is slightly skinned, remove and drain.
  • 2. Remove the oil used to fry the tofu, leave a little. Saute garlic and ginger until golden.
  • 3. Enter the fried tofu, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom broth, stir.
  • 4. Pour enough water, adjust to taste if you want a lot of gravy or a little dry.
  • 5. Enter the sliced ​​chili and tauco, cook until boiling.
