Ingredients

  • 1 large white tofu (about 350 gr)
  • 1 grated carrot (optional)
  • Green onions and celery to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp stock powder
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • A little pepper
  • 12 quail eggs (boiled and peeled)

Method

  • 1. Mash the white tofu, add grated carrots, spring onions, celery, chicken eggs, salt, sugar, powdered stock, pepper and flour, mix well
  • 2. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it, add quail eggs, wrap it in a round, do it until it's all gone
  • 3. Fry in hot oil, ready to serve
