Tofu Filled Dumplings

Ingredient

  • 6 Sheets of Dumpling Skin
  • 2 pieces of white tofu
  • 1/2 Can Corned beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Broth Powder

Complementary

  • Sambal And Mayonnaise Sauce

How to make

  • 1. Finely slice the spring onion, finely chop the garlic, set aside.
  • 2. Mash the tofu using a fork, add the corned beef and egg, mix well.
  • 3. Add chopped garlic, spring onions, mix well.
  • 4. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper, sugar, powdered broth, mix well.
  • 5. Take a piece of dumpling skin, give a few spoonfuls of tofu dough, flatten it then fold it into a triangle shape.
  • 6. Fry until golden brown.
  • 7. Serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
