Ingredient

  • 1 Entog, Cut – Cut

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 gr cayenne pepper (1 cup uk 200 ml)
  • 3 pcs red curly chili
  • 2 stalks of candlenut
  • A thumb of galangal
  • 1 rs ginger

Other Seasonings

  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 4-5 lbs lime leaves, torn
  • 3 bay leaves
  • tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • tbsp pepper powder
  • tsp coriander (you can skip it)
  • block brown sugar
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Method

  • 1. Wash the mutton and cut it according to your taste
  • 2. Puree all the spices.
  • 3. Sauté with enough oil, add lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf, sugar, salt, powdered stock, ground pepper and coriander (you can skip it)
  • 4. Stir well and stir fry until the spices are cooked
  • 5. After the spices are cooked and cooked, add the squid and give enough water
  • 6. Cover the pan so that the mutton is softer faster and the spices are absorbed
  • 7. Add sweet soy sauce and brown sugar to taste, mix well
  • 8. After the water is a bit sat and it will be lifted for a moment, correct the taste and it's ready to be served
