Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of silken tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g carrots, grated
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 sausages, cut into 3 parts and split
  • Salt, sugar and mushroom broth to taste
  • The oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Tofu is crushed until smooth.
  • 2. Enter 1 egg, carrot and celery mix well. Add salt, sugar, pepper and mushroom broth, stir until smooth. Add tapioca flour and mix well.
  • 3. Put the dough into the mold until it is full, flatten. Put the sausage in the middle. Then steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
  • 4. Beat the eggs. Put the steamed tofu into the beaten egg then fry in hot oil until cooked.
  • 5. Tofu sausage is ready to be served.
