Ingredients

  • 200 gr wet noodles
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 10 meatballs, sliced
  • 50 gr mustard stalks
  • 25 gr cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato, sliced ​​(because I don't have stock, I used cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 750 ml of water
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make

  • 1. Boiled chicken breast with water, add salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and shred. Set aside. Set aside the chicken broth.
  • 2. Saute ground spices until fragrant, add meatballs, mix well, add cabbage and mustard greens, mix well.
  • 3. Add the broth, add sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well, add salt and mushroom broth, then cook until it boils.
  • 4. Then add the eggs, stir the eggs and cook until the eggs are cooked, then add the noodles. Cook until boiling . Turn off the fire.
  • 5. Mie boiled chicken is ready to be served.
