Ingredients
- 400 gr chicken breast, cut lengthwise
- 1/2 pc green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- Toasted sesame to taste
- Enough water
- Oil to taste, I use oil
Chicken Marinated Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 23 ml oyster sauce (1 sachet)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Mushroom broth/flavoring to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
How to cook
- > Combine the marinade ingredients with the chicken pieces, mix well, let stand 30 minutes.
- > Fry the garlic until fragrant, add the marinated chicken, stir until it changes color. Pour a little water, stir well, cook until cooked & the spices are absorbed.
- > Add the chopped onion & green pepper, stir until wilted, add the toasted sesame seeds and mix well. Taste correction, lift
- > Prepare a serving plate of teriyaki chicken and then sprinkle with toasted sesame. Ready to be served
