How to make

2. Slice the onion, garlic, chili, for the galangal finely chopped and the ginger is enough to crush the tomatoes, then cut them into 4/6 parts
3. Heat enough cooking oil, saute galangal, ginger, lime leaves and bay leaves first so that the oil tastes more fragrant. When the leaves start to wilt, add the onion, garlic and chilies. Saute again until everything is fragrant, cooked, and changes color
4. Enter the gravel that has been cut, 150 ml of water, chicken stock, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce. Cook again until the water shrinks a little and the spices absorb. Add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are wilted.
