Ingredients

  • • 500 grams of beef kikil
  • • 7 cloves of shallot
  • • 5 cloves of garlic
  • • 9 pieces of curly green chili / according to taste
  • • 1 segment of galangal finger
  • • 1 rus finger ginger
  • • 2 red tomatoes
  • • 3 lime leaves
  • • 2 bay leaves
  • • water
  • • cooking oil
  • • 2 tsp chicken stock
  • • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

How to make

  • 1. Wash the gravel and then boil it with 400-500ml water, boil for ±15 minutes or until a little soft. When it's soft, let it cool then cut into cubes
  • 2. Slice the onion, garlic, chili, for the galangal finely chopped and the ginger is enough to crush the tomatoes, then cut them into 4/6 parts
  • 3. Heat enough cooking oil, saute galangal, ginger, lime leaves and bay leaves first so that the oil tastes more fragrant. When the leaves start to wilt, add the onion, garlic and chilies. Saute again until everything is fragrant, cooked, and changes color
  • 4. Enter the gravel that has been cut, 150 ml of water, chicken stock, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce. Cook again until the water shrinks a little and the spices absorb. Add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are wilted.
  • 5. Kikil Soy Sauce Green Chili is ready to be served.
