Ingredients

  • 1 chinese tofu, cut into squares
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 garlic, sliced
  • 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
  • 10 dry chilies, cut 1-2 cm
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
  • Peanuts, fried, removed from the skin
  • Cornstarch solution

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 75 ml water
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • • Mix in a bowl, tofu cut into squares with cornstarch, fry in hot oil until the tofu is golden brown, remove from heat.
  • • Saute the sliced ​​garlic and ginger, until fragrant, then add the dry chilies, and all the sauce ingredients, cook until boiling, taste correction, add green peppers, fried tofu, then thicken with cornstarch solution, finally add fried peanuts. Lift and serve.
