Ingredient

  • 6 pieces of black pepper chicken sausage @soesarirokerij, cut into 2
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 6 scoops of white rice
  • 4 tbsp bon nori with ebi flavor
  • tsp salt
  • tsp mushroom broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 aluminum foil cups

Sauce

  • 150 gr mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce

Garnish

  • Enough of bon nori with ebi flavor
  • Sesame seeds to taste

How to make

  • 1. Heat a pan and melt 1 tbsp butter. Saute first the sausages that have been cut into pieces, then add the eggs then scramble the eggs, cook until cooked, remove, set aside first
  • 2. Prepare a bowl, pour mayonnaise and chili sauce, add sausage and scrambled eggs, stir until well mixed, taste correction
  • 3. Next, mix white rice, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and mushroom stock, stir until smooth.
  • 4. Then, prepare an aluminum foil cup, arrange and put the rice into the aluminum foil cup that will be used. Press the rice then add the sausage, and scrambled eggs that have been mixed with mayonnaise on top of the rice.
  • 5. Sprinkle bon nori with ebu and sesame flavors on top.
  • 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, over high heat only, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 7. Mentai rice with sausage is ready to be served
