Shredded Oyster Mushroom Ingredients

  • 500 grams of oyster mushrooms
  • enough hot water 1000ml
  • • tsp salt
  • • 2 large red chilies
  • • 3 spring onions
  • • enough cooking oil
  • • 200 ml of water

Ground spices

  • • 2 hazelnuts
  • • 3 cloves of garlic
  • • 6 cloves of red onion
  • • 1 finger galangal
  • • 2 large red chilies
  • • 8 pieces of curly red chili

Seasoning/seasoning

  • • tsp ground pepper
  • • tsp salt
  • • 1 tsp sugar
  • • tsp chicken stock
  • • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • • 1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

How to Make Shredded Oyster Mushrooms

  • 2. Puree the ground spices

  • 4. Heat enough cooking oil. Saute ground spices until cooked and cooked. Add mushrooms, 200 ml of water and all seasonings. cook until the water content is slightly reduced, finally add the large red chili slices and spring onions, cook again until the chilies and leeks are wilted / until the water content is dry
