– 1/4 cup (50ml) light soy sauce (if you use regular soy sauce, reduce the amount)
– 1/4 cup (50ml) mirin (can be replaced with rice vinegar, if not using mirin, 100ml total rice vinegar)
– 1/4 cup (50ml) rice vinegar (I skipped it, so it was replaced with mirin, 100ml total mirin)
Mix all the sauce ingredients, stir while cooking over low heat until well blended and bubbling.

How to make
1. Coat the chicken wings with the spices, coat them with a little flour, just thinly
2. Put the chicken wings into the cooking tray of the Mecoo Air Fryer @mecoo.id (fits 5 wings) set the temperature to 190C for 15 minutes (in the 8th minute open the cooking tray, flip the wings and continue the process)
3. Remove the wings and coat with sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame.
