Air Fryer Korean Chicken Wings
Ingredient
- 1kg chicken wings
- Sufficient flour
Spice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cajun spice (optional)
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients, mix well
Sauce
- – 55gr butter
- – 3 tbsp gochujang
- – 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- – 1 tbsp chili sauce
- – 1/4 cup (50ml) light soy sauce (if you use regular soy sauce, reduce the amount)
- – 1/4 cup (50ml) mirin (can be replaced with rice vinegar, if not using mirin, 100ml total rice vinegar)
- – 1/4 cup (50ml) rice vinegar (I skipped it, so it was replaced with mirin, 100ml total mirin)
- Mix all the sauce ingredients, stir while cooking over low heat until well blended and bubbling.

How to make
- 1. Coat the chicken wings with the spices, coat them with a little flour, just thinly
- 2. Put the chicken wings into the cooking tray of the Mecoo Air Fryer @mecoo.id (fits 5 wings) set the temperature to 190C for 15 minutes (in the 8th minute open the cooking tray, flip the wings and continue the process)
- 3. Remove the wings and coat with sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame.
