Ingredients

  • 250 grams of beef, cut according to the fiber
  • 1 potato, peeled, cut into pieces and then fried half dry
  • 10 quail eggs, peeled and then fried for a while
  • 1 pack (65 ml) instant coconut milk
  • 800 ml water
  • 8 red chilies, whole
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 lime leaves, torn
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil

Fine Seasoning (Blender)

  • 15 pieces of curly red chili
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm grilled shrimp paste

How to make

  • 1. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked
  • 2. Enter the beef, stir until it changes color
  • 3. add water.. cook until it boils and the water is half reduced
  • 4. Enter the potatoes, quail eggs, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, and powdered broth.. stir well.. cook until the meat is tender and the water shrinks (don't let it get too dry) .. if the meat is not yet tender, you can add more water
  • 5. Enter instant coconut milk.. stir and cook again until the spices dry and absorb.. remove and serve warm
