Sauteed Chilli Carrots
Ingredient
- 100g beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 carrot cut into matchsticks
- 3 lbs chicory, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 pieces bawmer slices
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Saute the onions until fragrant. Enter the meat cook until pale
- 2. Add carrots and cook until wilted
- 3. Add the mustard greens and spices. Stir. Cook until well done
