Ingredient

  • 100g beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 carrot cut into matchsticks
  • 3 lbs chicory, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 pieces bawmer slices
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • 1. Saute the onions until fragrant. Enter the meat cook until pale
  • 2. Add carrots and cook until wilted
  • 3. Add the mustard greens and spices. Stir. Cook until well done
