How to make
1. Saute the mashed spices together with 2 pieces of lime leaves and 1 stalk of lemongrass geprek, stir-fry until fragrant
2. Enter the chicken gizzard liver, stir and add water, cook until the water is cooked
3. Add 3 tablespoons of dried shrimp petai sauce @marizafoods.id, tamarind water, sugar, salt, enough powdered broth and whole cayenne pepper, cook until the water is slightly reduced and the spices are absorbed, don't forget to check the taste
4. After the water has shrunk, the spices are absorbed and the taste is quite right, then remove and serve
