Ingredient

  • – 500 grams of chicken gizzard liver, wash and cut into small pieces, then boil for 20 minutes and add 1 lmbr of lime leaves when boiling, discard the boiled water, drain
  • – 2 sheets of lime leaves, 1 stalk of geprek lemongrass, 3 tablespoons of dried shrimp petai sauce @marizafoods.id, 1 tablespoon of tamarind water, whole cayenne pepper to taste, sugar, salt, ground broth to taste, 250 mils of water
  • Ground spices: 4 cloves of shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 grains of candlenut, 1 segment of ginger and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

How to make

  • 1. Saute the mashed spices together with 2 pieces of lime leaves and 1 stalk of lemongrass geprek, stir-fry until fragrant
  • 2. Enter the chicken gizzard liver, stir and add water, cook until the water is cooked
  • 3. Add 3 tablespoons of dried shrimp petai sauce @marizafoods.id, tamarind water, sugar, salt, enough powdered broth and whole cayenne pepper, cook until the water is slightly reduced and the spices are absorbed, don't forget to check the taste
  • 4. After the water has shrunk, the spices are absorbed and the taste is quite right, then remove and serve
