Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Method
1. Clean the fish, then add the koji amino by @_koh.jie and turmeric powder, give enough water and stir until evenly distributed, then fry the fish. (No need to add salt, seasoning or anything else, because it's already very tasty)
If you don't have one, you can marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder and salt
2. Saute the spices with lime leaves and galangal until cooked
3. Enter the fish that has been fried and stir gently.
4. Add sugar, salt, mushroom broth, sweet soy sauce and enough water and mix well again
