Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut to taste
  • 100 ml instant coconut milk
  • Enough water (adjust the amount of water for cooking rice)
  • Salt, sugar, powdered broth

Ground spices

  • 8 pcs garlic
  • 10 pcs red onion
  • 5 pcs roasted hazelnut
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder/3 cm roasted turmeric
  • 2 thumbs of young galangal

For Rice

  • 3 cups of rice
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 8 lbs lime leaves

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix ground spices, rice, water, coconut milk, salt, sugar, powdered broth, cook with Rice Cooker @mitochiba.id , choose function stew, chicken will be cooked for 1 hour
  • 2. After 1 hour, remove the chicken, put it in Digifry @mito.id , set the temperature to 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  • 3. Return to the rice cooker, put the rice and other seasonings into the chicken broth, check the taste of the chicken broth, make sure it's salty just right, cook the rice as usual, if there is a little water left when the rice is cooked, don't stir it, let it rest briefly, the rice will be fluffier evenly.
