Caisim Sausage Ingredients

  • 1 bunch caisim
  • 2 sausages (beef/chicken/pork)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm. geprek ginger
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper

How to Cook Caisim Cah Sausage

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the sausage, stir fry for a while
  • 3. Add caisim and spices, mix well
  • 4. Cook until cooked

Tips

  • To get rid of the vegetable smell of caisim, I like to soak it in hot water before processing it
