Caisim Sausage Ingredients
- 1 bunch caisim
- 2 sausages (beef/chicken/pork)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 cm. geprek ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt, pepper
How to Cook Caisim Cah Sausage
- 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 2. Enter the sausage, stir fry for a while
- 3. Add caisim and spices, mix well
- 4. Cook until cooked
Tips
- To get rid of the vegetable smell of caisim, I like to soak it in hot water before processing it
