Cheese Dip Curry Potato

Ingredient

  • 3 medium potatoes, washed, peeled
  • 2 carrots, washed, peeled, cut into small dice
  • 2 sausages, washed, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
  • 40-50 ml of water

Stuffing

  • Cheese Spread @Keju_prochiz

Layer

  • Wheat
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Bread flour, mashed / blended

Cheese Sauce/ Cheese Dip

  • 75gr cheese spread @keju_prochiz
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 120 ml water

How to Curry Potato

  • • Steam the peeled potatoes, then remove and mash. Add a pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper, mix well. Set aside.
  • • Saute the onions until wilted and fragrant, add the carrots, stir, add water, cook until the carrots are soft, then add the sausage, curry powder, salt, pepper and sugar, cook until the spices are absorbed, taste test, remove from heat.
  • • Mix the stir fry with the mashed potatoes, mix well.
  • Take a little dough, flatten it and give the @keju_prochiz cheese spread filling then cover with the dough, form a triangle. Roll in flour, then in beaten egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Fry with a little oil in a non-stick frying pan, while turning all sides until golden brown, remove from heat.

Cheese Dip

  • • Mix all the sauce ingredients, cook on low heat, until the cheese spread is melted, remove and make a topping on top of the Curry Potato.
  • Serve!
