How to Boil Chicken?

Tip: To cook the chicken faster, cut the skinless, boneless chicken breast into about 5 cm (approximately 5 cm) before dipping into the water. the chicken pieces will simmer for about 10 minutes.   • 1/2 medium free-range chicken, about 600-700 gr, boiled (not pressure cooker) until half tender, set aside. Take the broth, 1lt for cooking rice (Hainan rice ingredients), 500 ml for Hainanese rice sauce.
  • 5 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt, pepper, mushroom broth to taste
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic for sprinkling
  • 2 pokcoy, boiled

How to Cook Chicken Pak Cam Kee

  • 1. Cut the boiled chicken, remove the bones, set aside
  • 2. Heat the olive oil, add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant
  • 3. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, mix well
  • 4. Add salt, pepper, mushroom broth to taste, set aside
  • 5. Boil the pokcoy, don't overcook it so it's crispy, set aside
  • 6. Arrange on a serving plate: pokcoy, pieces of boiled chicken, flush with stir-fried onions and ginger. Sprinkle enough fried garlic.
  • 7. Serve warm with Hainanese rice, or as a topping for chicken noodles.
