Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. - 600gr chicken thigh fillet, cut into pieces according to taste
– 100gr plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp ground spices
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tbsp De'Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala @demaderaas.id
– 1/2 tbsp De'Maderaas Chili Powder @demaderaas.id
– 1 tbsp lime
Sauce
– 1 Bombay, chopped
– 5 slices of bamer
– 3 tbsp oil
– 2 tablespoons full of ground spices
– 2 tbsp De'Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala @demaderaas.id
– 1/2 tbsp De'Maderaas chili powder @demaderaas.id
– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 large red tomato, chopped
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, sliced
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 200 ml plain Greek yogurt
– 2 red tomatoes, in a fine blender (tomato puree)
– 200ml water
Method
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade, for 2 hours, the smaller the pieces, the faster it will absorb
- after that prepare a frying pan, pour a little oil, pansir the chicken over high heat, when it's browned, turn the chicken over, do it until the chicken is finished, set aside
- saute onion and red onion until cooked wilted brown
- add 2 tablespoons full of ground spices, stir
– add De Maderaas Chili powder and De Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala, mix well
- add butter and a little oil, mix well, stir fry
- add chopped tomatoes + coriander leaves
- add tomato puree, water and chicken
- stir well
- add yogurt mix well
- add salt and sugar
- cook on low heat
- until cooked thick texture
– ready to be served with roti canai / bread maryam / rice
