Subtle Seasoning Ingredients

  • – 40gr of garlic
  • – 40gr ginger
  • – 50ml water

Marinated Ingredients

  • - 600gr chicken thigh fillet, cut into pieces according to taste
  • – 100gr plain Greek yogurt
  • – 2 tbsp ground spices
  • – 1 tsp salt
  • – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • – 1 tbsp De'Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala @demaderaas.id
  • – 1/2 tbsp De'Maderaas Chili Powder @demaderaas.id
  • – 1 tbsp lime

Sauce

  • – 1 Bombay, chopped
  • – 5 slices of bamer
  • – 3 tbsp oil
  • – 2 tablespoons full of ground spices
  • – 2 tbsp De'Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala @demaderaas.id
  • – 1/2 tbsp De'Maderaas chili powder @demaderaas.id
  • – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • – 1 large red tomato, chopped
  • – 2 tbsp butter
  • – 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, sliced
  • – 1/2 tsp salt
  • – 1 tbsp sugar
  • – 200 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • – 2 red tomatoes, in a fine blender (tomato puree)
  • – 200ml water

Method

  • - Marinate the chicken with the marinade, for 2 hours, the smaller the pieces, the faster it will absorb
  • - after that prepare a frying pan, pour a little oil, pansir the chicken over high heat, when it's browned, turn the chicken over, do it until the chicken is finished, set aside
  • - saute onion and red onion until cooked wilted brown
  • - add 2 tablespoons full of ground spices, stir
  • – add De Maderaas Chili powder and De Maderaas Tandoori BBQ Masala, mix well
  • - add butter and a little oil, mix well, stir fry
  • - add chopped tomatoes + coriander leaves
  • - add tomato puree, water and chicken
  • - stir well
  • - add yogurt mix well
  • - add salt and sugar
  • - cook on low heat
  • - until cooked thick texture
  • – ready to be served with roti canai / bread maryam / rice
