Coconut Milk Tilapia Fish

Ingredient

  • 1 kg of tilapia
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
  • 1 segment of galangal, bruised
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 10 pieces of red cayenne pepper, leave whole
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 bks @karasantan.id ( 65 ml + 1 liter of water)
  • Enough cooking oil
  • To taste salt, sugar and powdered broth

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Step

  • 1. Coat the fish with lime and salt, then fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
  • 2. Saute ground spices with lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal until fragrant.
  • 3. Then pour the coconut milk, cook until boiling, stirring occasionally so that the coconut milk does not break.
  • 4. After boiling, add the fish, cayenne pepper and tomatoes. Season with salt, a little sugar and powdered stock. Cook until the spices absorb. Lift and serve. good luck
