Ingredients

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Beef Lung 500 gr
  • Fried peanuts (me 250 gr)
  • Bay leaf
  • Lime leaves
  • Geprek lemongrass
  • Geprek galangal
  • 1 piece of brown sugar
  • Clean water
  • To taste salt, sugar and beef royco

Ground spices

  • 15 cloves of red onion
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pecans
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • A piece of ginger

Complementary

  • Chilli sauce
  • Lime
  • Leek

How to make

  • 1. Boil the lungs and meat separately. Once tender, cut the meat and lungs. Discard the remaining water from the lung stew.
  • 2. Re-boil the remaining water from the meat stew, add a little water. After the water boils, add the meat and lungs. Saute ground spices with lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal. After it smells good and is cooked, pour it into the beef stew
  • 3. Blend the fried peanuts, add the stew earlier. Add brown sugar, salt, sugar and beef royco. Taste test serve with ketupat, chili sauce and oranges
