Materials

  • -oyster mushroom 250g
  • -cabbage fruit
  • - cauliflower 50g
  • -carrot fruit
  • - 1bks of seasoning flour
  • -bamer 6 cloves
  • - Baput 4 cloves
  • - chili according to taste
  • -saori sweet and sour 4 tbsp/2bks
  • - 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • - 1 tsp chicken stock
  • -water 150ml
  • -oil for frying and sauteing

How to make

  • - Shred the mushrooms, don't make them too small or don't shred them, it's fine, then coat with 1bks of seasoning flour and let it rest for 15 minutes
  • - cabbage, cauliflower and carrots cut into small pieces
  • -bamer, Baput, chili in thin slices
  • - if it's been 15 minutes fry the mushrooms until golden brown do it until the mushrooms run out
  • - reduce oil, saute Baput, Bamer and chili until wilted
  • - Put the carrots and cauliflower first, after ± 3 min add the cabbage
  • - add water, chicken stock, sugar and sauce
  • - add the fried mushrooms
  • - cook until the sauce is evenly distributed
  • -ready to be served
