How to make

  • 3. Mix all-purpose flour & cornstarch (dry dough/no need to add water).
  • 4. Put the wader fish in a container, put flour and cover it, then shake it so that the flour is spread over the entire surface of the wader
  • 5. Heat oil, fry wader until brown. Lift, drain and serve
