Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Wash the Basmati rice, and soak the rice for 20 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat the Ghee/Ghee and Margarine Oil, stir-fry the cinnamon, Lawang flowers, cardamom, cloves, and pandan leaves until fragrant, add the garlic, and onion, chop, then stir-fry until fragrant
3. Enter the rice, stir well, and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then pour into the rice cooker, add salt, chicken cubes, evaporated milk, and water, mix well. Cook rice as usual.
4. After the rice is almost cooked, (already dry) make several holes (use chopsticks/spoon sticks), then put a few drops of dye into each hole, with a different color (to make it interesting). But don't drip too much dye into each hole, just 2 or 3 drops, per hole. Then cover, and cook the rice until cooked. After the rice is perfectly cooked, let it rest for 15 minutes, open the rice lid, stir the rice with a fork (so that the rice grains don't break). Serve hot rain oil rice with the complement.
