Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken breast fillet
  • 1 pack of complete seasoning chicken
  • 100 ml water
  • 6 sheets of kebab skin ready to use
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
  • Tomato sauce or chili sauce to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

How to make

  • - Cut the chicken into 8 then marinate for 10 minutes. Then add 100 ml of water, boil until cooked.
  • – Remove and transfer to the air fryer, bake for 10 minutes at 180'c. If there is no air fryer, you can use a Teflon pan. after that thinly sliced. Set aside.
  • - heat the pan, grill the kebab skin until cooked. Lift.
  • - the way it is presented. Take 1 sheet of kebab skin, put 1 sheet of lettuce, tomato and cabbage. Then add sliced ​​chicken on top. Add sauce and mayonnaise, fold and the kebab is ready to serve
