Ingredients

  • – 275 gr net weight of shrimp without head & skin
  • – 1 egg
  • – 3 tablespoons munjung sago flour / tapioca
  • – 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • – 50 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • – 1 tsp pepper powder
  • – 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • – 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • - Salt & sugar to taste

Upholstery

  • - 1 egg, beaten off
  • – bread crumbs

Other Ingredients

  • – Ice Sticks

How to make

  • - Put all ingredients in a food processor, process until the mixture is smooth. Take a little dough, boil it to correct the taste
  • - Prepare a pot of water, turn on the fire. set aside
  • - Grease both palms with cooking oil, take 1 tablespoon of dough, round it and then stick an ice stick in the middle. Boil, do it until the dough runs out
  • – Boil until the dragon's feet float. Lift, drain
  • After it cools down a bit, dip the dragon leg into the beaten egg and then coat it with the bread crumbs. Keep in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Fry until golden yellow
