Marinated Ingredients

  • 650 gr/8 pcs chicken wings, cut each into 2 parts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Mix all the ingredients above, let stand in the refrigerator min. 2 hours/night

Coating Material

  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 300 gr high pro flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Mix all the ingredients above in a large enough box

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 ml boiled water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, adjust the taste.

Other Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • Enough white sesame seeds for sprinkling

How to make

  • 1. Pour the eggs into the marinated chicken wings, mix well.
  • 2. Put it in the box containing the flour mixture, cover and shake until the chicken wings are coated with flour. Divide into 2-3 batches of flour, so it's not too much.
  • 3. Heat a lot of oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken over medium heat until light brown. Lift and drain. Don't turn off the stove fire, wait for 2-3 minutes, put the chicken that was removed earlier, fry it again until golden brown, remove and drain.
  • 4. In a clean frying pan, melt margarine, saute garlic until fragrant. Pour the sauce mixture, stir until it boils and foams a lot, reduce the heat, add the fried chicken. Stir until evenly coated with the sauce. Turn off the stove, remove from heat, sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Enjoy
