  • Salty soy sauce

Carrot Noodle Ingredients

  • 375gr Cakra Twin flour @kreasibogasari
  • 37gr tapioca
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 150ml-160ml carrot juice (I blend 1 medium carrot with 150ml water and then strain)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

How to Make Carrot Noodles

  • I used a Noodle Maker, put in the dry ingredients (Twin Chakra Flour @Kreasibogasari, Tapioca and Salt) Press the Auto button, then add the wet ingredients (carrot juice and oil) a little bit, the noodles will come out on their own, sprinkle tapioca on the noodles so they don't stick.

How to Make Noodle Cake

  • 1.In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the noodle seasoning, mix well
  • 2. Boil the noodles until cooked, remove and drain then put into a container containing the seasoning mixture, mix well
  • 3. Print the noodles onto a greased baking sheet/mold, press and let it set
  • 4. Boil complementary
  • 5. Turn the noodles onto the cake mat/plate, decorate according to taste.
