Peanut Seasoning Conch Ingredients
- 300 gr snail meat
- 3 br bay leaves
- 3 rs ginger
- 2 rs of galangal
Ground spices
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 pcs red curly chili
- 10 pcs red chili
- 30 g roasted peanuts (mashed separately)
Other Seasonings
- tbsp sugar
- tbsp mushroom broth
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp petis
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used
How to Cook Peanut Seasoned Conch
- 1. Wash the snail meat, then boil it together with bay leaves, galangal and ginger until tender. Then wash again and drain
- 2. Saute the ground spices until cooked, then add the fried peanuts that have been mashed too
- 3. Enter the petis and give enough water, stir evenly
- 4. Enter the boiled conch meat, stir again evenly, then add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and sweet soy sauce. Osyeng2 again until evenly distributed.
- 5. Add water if needed
- 6. When the water is a little stale and the peanut sauce thickens, correct the taste and it's ready to be served
