Ingredient

  • Snapper (any fish can be)
  • 1 honey pineapple
  • Red paprika
  • Green paprica
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Sufficiently sliced ​​chili
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, sugar to taste

The method

  • 1. Clean the fish then marinate with lime juice and salt
  • 2. Fry the fish until golden brown and set aside
  • 3. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, add the paprika, pineapple, and sauce ingredients. Cook until thickened, add the scallions and chilies, stir.
  • 4. Arrange the fish on a serving plate and then flush with the sauce.
