Ingredient

  • Potato 600 grams, sliced ​​1/2 cm
  • Ground beef 300 grams
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 chopped
  • Garlic 3 cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 350 ml tomato soup ( left over from yesterday )
  • 1 bowl frozen vegetables

White Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese

Step

  • 1. Sauté the onions until wilted, add ground beef, salt, pepper, mushroom broth, garlic, stir until stiff, add tomato soup and frozen veggie, bring to a boil.
  • 2. Melt the butter, fry the flour until fragrant. Pour in the milk, stir until it explodes, add the onions, garlic, mrica, mushroom broth, sugar, stir well.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius first. (10 minutes)
  • 4. Pour 1/2 of the white sauce into the pan. Arrange 1/2 of the potatoes evenly.
  • 5. Pour all the red sauce ingredients, arrange the potatoes on top, then the white sauce students.
  • 6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. (My creation)
